The Brasserie is mostly situated in the Johan Enschedé house, the former home of the printing family. There where subsequent generations Enschedé used to relax in style…….
In the morning you will find here a delicious breakfast buffet, for hotel guests as well as ‘passers-by’. Later we serve lunches and dinners in the Brasserie, and when the weather is nice also on the terrace at the Klokhuisplein.
Most certainly you are welcome for coffee, tea or a drink during the entire day.
The Brasserie is open until midnight. There are 100 seats. Reservations are not possible. Breakfast buffets on Mondays until Fridays from 7 am until 10 am and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8.00 am until 11.00 am.
