These following menu's will be served from July 16th up to and including October 14th, 2010 to parties of 8 or more.

Swedish tünnbrod, filled with serrano, avocado and basil-cream cheese

Cream of roasted pomodori tomato, lovage and grey Dutch North Sea shrimps
 
Fried duck's breast from the Veluwe region with its preserved leg, oyster mushrooms and fowl gravy
 
Compote of cherries with almond madelien and ice cream of common verbena

Marninated Irish salmon with a salad of chicory, grapefruit and vadouvan mayonnaise
 
Dry-fried fillet of plaice with a courgette, filled with crustaceans and gravy of bunched carrots
 
Fried beef sirloin with mashed young potatoes, herb cream cheese, green asapargus and gravy of lightly smoked butter
 
Tureen of crepes, vanilla mousse with marinated strawberries and strawberry sorbet

Minced North Sea mackerel, cucumber, sesame with a fried Dublin Bay prawn and nori tempura
 
Fried monkfish with tomato risotto, braised European squid and basil oil

Grilled veal rib eye with artischoke, turnip, Parmesan rösti and a sage gravy

Toffee cake with peach compote and peach sorbet
